RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from marcelmae.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that any risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the logistics service providers.
PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product exclusive of Taxes. The Taxes wherever applicable incase of orders in India are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. The price does not include any Duties, Taxes and Shipping charges applicable incase of International orders.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Marcelmae.com tries to be as accurate as possible with regards to product descriptions, however not completely error free. If a product offered by Marcelmae.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
SHIPPING
For Orders in India:
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India. Cash on Delivery is feasible only for orders above Rs. 1,500/-.Deliveries in India are made through our shipping courier partner- ECOM EXPRESS. It takes around 5-7 Days for deliveries in India.
For International Orders:
–Select USD to make purchases outside India.
-Will be processed via PAYPAL.
-Shipping Charges will be calculated as per the weight of your shopping cart. Please note: Any bank/card/currency conversion charges (other than USD) on the PAYPAL checkout page OR any local charges/taxes and duties applicable for orders out of India , are to be paid by the customer. For any assistance or disputes raised through PAYPAL, please contact your local PayPal service center.
-Will be processed as soon as we receive the payment confirmation and will take approximately 10-12 Working Days to be delivered to your address. You can track the order with the AWB number that will be mailed to you. Orders will be mostly processed through ARAMEX / DHL. In some cases, where circumstances are beyond our control, deliveries may be delayed by a few days.
-We DO NOT ACCEPT Return Requests for International Orders , Discounted Orders or Purchases made using coupon codes.
NOTE: Our team does a thorough quality check before shipping the products, so to avoid any issues after delivery, we request all customers to check the product and the size chart- before placing the order, very carefully, as returns will not be possible.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Incase an order has been placed and paid for, and the particular product is out of stock due to a technical error, the amount will be refunded to your wallet under your registered account.
For International (USD) deliveries, the concerned local courier person will get in touch with you, while/before clearing your order from the customs for their required procedures such as KYC. They will get in touch with you through the contact details you provide us with. Incase, you are unavailable or refuse to take the delivery for any reasons whatsoever, we shall not be responsible or liable to cater to any refund requests.
Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes.
COLORS
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.
